Dave heads the Management Services division of the company and holds a BSc Building Degree and is a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP). He has spent over 34 years managing property development and offers experience in all facets of the project management and development processes.

Debra has exposure to the institutional government environment through her early career at the Department of Home Affairs. She grew her career further, relating to financial related administrative work, over a 10 year period with Standard Bank. During this time, she was involved in administrative and marketing work, from mobile marketing through to heading up a multi-regional telesales department. Her experience offers unique inputs one projects in terms of systems, project administration and marketing inputs.

Dougal Westley is the founder and Managing Director of One G Services. He is a qualified and internationally registered Project Management Professional and registered Professional Civil Engineer with over 18 years of experience. He specialises in conceptualising, evaluating, structuring and management of mixed use property development and the infrastructure related thereto. Through his direct involvement in both private sector and government development arenas, Dougal has a sound understanding of property and infrastructure development and the complex institutional environment related thereto. This enables him to play a leading role throughout the various key processes of development including evaluating and sourcing, structuring, preparing and initiating and managing implementation and conclusion of development projects of varying nature. He has identified, initiated and fulfilled strategic managerial roles on various large scale, high profile projects with scope totalling over 40 000 housing units and associated business, community and institutional facilities and amenities. These include: Olievenhoutbosch Ministerial Housing Project (Gauteng - ± 5 500 units - Absa DevCo), Klarinet National Priority Project (Mpumalanga - ± 12 000 units - Absa DevCo), Lephalale Provincial Focus Housing Project (Limpopo - ± 6 000 units - DBSA & LGoH), Private development of Spring Valley Estates (Mpumalanga - 3800 units - International Housing Solutions & Diluculo Investments) previously, and currently: Westonaria Borwa Flagship Integrated Housing Development (Gauteng - ± 6 700 units - Crimson King Developments) N2 North Integrated Housing Development (Eastern Cape - ± 3 200 units - Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality) Vista Park Extension 2 Integrated Mixed-Use Development (Free State - ± 4 500 units - Emendo Africa / Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality.

Johan is a Director of the company and holds a BSc in Construction Management from the University of Pretoria. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) registered with the Project Management Institute and has a Practitioner Certification in Managing Successful Programmes from APMG International. Johan has a wealth of experience in the built environment, having effectively consulted on and managed large scale property development projects, with over 18 years' hands on experience in the fields of project planning, property development, construction project management, multi-disciplinary project implementation and contract administration. Furthermore, Johan has led a number of building condition assessments across South Africa and in Zambia and also fulfilled the role of project leader on a Mobile Telecommunications roll-out project. He is an external examiner for the Department of Construction Economics at the University of Pretoria and has held this position since 2010.

Jonathan heads the Institutional and Financial Division of the company and holds a B.Com (Business Management) degree and two B.Com Honours degrees - in Accounting with CTA, and Financial Management. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA SA & Global) and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). His accounting and auditing experience grew from the financial field into the Government arena where he spent 3 years as an audit manager in the office of the Auditor General. He has vast knowledge of Governmental policies, acts and legislation and also spent almost 4 years as the supply chain manager for the CETA, bolstering his knowledge in these areas.
