Sometimes we are referred as rich, caring parents that people never had. We strive to be just that. To be a sage advisor and a gracious funder for our clients. We are fully invested in our clients' financial wellbeing. That is why our investments do not have a monthly payment, in order to help our clients accumulate wealth through real estate. Our investment philosophy is perfectly inline with our clients, as we collectively win if our invested properties appreciate in price over time... We are a different investor. We are a long term investor and can wait 3 to 5 years (sometimes longer) before we see a return on our investment. We would like many more people become homeowners and build financial stability as it will help the entire economy. Our goals are perfectly in line with our clients. We only win and make money when you purchase a property that increases in value over the next 3 to 5 years.
