Stop and think: who is trying to use the healthcare system for their purposes here, suggesting a bond of shared responsibility between speaker and audience?... Universal access to healthcare rightfully is a point of national pride, but that doesn't mean there should be no accountability. Rather than being an orphan left in the care of the nation, we have in fact elected representatives to look after it - our government!
