Jasmine Blanks

Jasmine received her Master's of Family Therapy degree from Mercer University's School of Medicine. She is currently working towards licensure under the direction of Mrs. McCoy. Jasmine is passionate about empowering her clients to embrace all the parts of themselves and live authentically and because of this passion her approach is client-centered. Whether she is seeing a family, couple, or individual, Jasmine believes that compassion and humor go a long way in the healing process. She thoroughly enjoys helping others navigate through issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem, relationship repair, coping skills, and other mental health concerns.

Lauren Metayer

Lauren Metayer obtained her training in Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine and is working toward licensure under the direction of Mrs. McCoy. Lauren's passion is helping individuals, couples, and families: to uncover the tools to becoming their best selves. Lauren aims to provide a person-centered approach to guide clients through their therapeutic process and reaffirm their hope for achieving healthier and more fulfilling lives! Areas of focus include: Depressive/Anxious symptoms, Life stressors, Relationship difficulties, Premarital preparation, work/life balance, and difficulties resulting from trauma.​

Lawanda Owens

Job Titles:
  • Licensed Professional Counselor
Mrs. Owens is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience working with clients offering ways to better manage depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, parenting, and relationship issues. Her interventions include CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused therapeutic approaches. Mrs. Owens is an EMDR trained therapist.
