PASTURE TO FORK

At Pasture to Fork, we dislike faceless brands, and decided to not become one. We're real people with a real farm, and we know how difficult it can be to find a trusted food source that lives up to the claims... While the greater food industry--along with government "experts"--will claim that all food is the same regardless of how it's raised, at Pasture to Fork we don't adhere to that idea at all. There are numerous variations to how foods are raised or produced that certainly play a part in how they taste and what value they bring to the eater. This has been known for millennia, and we may well be the first culture to act as if such a utopia existed and society pretends food is the same regardless of how it's produced... In the early 2000's, as a young family with small children, and less than optimal health, we began actively pursuing health--and indirectly--food knowledge.
