Primary Care of Union, PC was formed in 2018 by two Physicians, Gregory Feldman, Joseph Boscia III and Tina Fowler, a Family Nurse Practitioner. We are an independently owned Rural Health Center that is Nurse Practitioner led. Their goal was to establish a practice that would serve the community of Union while setting themselves apart by providing the care that patients would come to appreciate... Primary Care of Union is patient-focused and gives patients time to discuss concerns with their provider. In the extremely near future, we are excited to offer an infusion clinic that will provide Monoclonal antibodies to Covid-19 positive patients. This will only add to the opportunity to serve our local community and satisfy their healthcare needs... We are an independently owned Rural Health Center (RHC) that seeks to bring unmatched health care services to our rural community.
