Michelle spent many years with Laing O'Rourke, Kier, May Gurney, and Simons Construction. She has worked in AEC businesses where she was embedded in dealing with enormous business diversifications, M & A, the challenges of both high growth, tougher times, recruitment, and HR when there was a need to reposition a business to match market demands.

Paul Waldeck

Job Titles:
  • Director
Paul heads up our Major Projects division. His extensive career began 35 years ago in Heavy Process Engineering & Construction Contracting for Trafalgar House plc, then into Engineering Consultancy for several years specialising in heavy, safety-critical and regulated industries. Then, in 1995 Paul founded his own company, raising his business from the ground up, acquiring two more firms along the way. After nurturing this world-class technology-levered engineering, architectural design, and project management consultancy, he sold it in 2018, having taken it to a significant growth position, ready for that next step to becoming a major international consultancy. Paul's engineering background has given him a keen eye for problem-solving but also spotting opportunities for business growth and improvement, a skill which he has used to enhance shareholder value for senior managers and owners of not only international blue-chip companies but also SMEs and other entrepreneurs. Paul has first-hand AEC FM and Client-side experience in a variety of industrial and infrastructure sectors, including manufacturing, utilities, nuclear, smart technology, transport, logistics, shipping, and aerospace. Today, Paul sits on a number of national and international boards and is a UKBAA Registered Business Angel and Investor. Paul's network connectivity and reach are invaluable and often, is such that he usually is only one or two phone calls away from whatever your business might need support with.
