Personnel Assessment Center, Inc. provides in-depth, pre-employment evaluation services for police and fire applicants as well as for telecommunications applicants and now school security personnel. In our most recent follow-up study, we asked Department Chiefs and/or Supervisors to evaluate the performance of over 100 applicants whom we had endorsed and who were subsequently hired. In this follow-up study, all personnel had been working with their respective departments for at least a year. In this study we asked the Chief or Supervisor the following question.
