Abed Sanchez

Abed was born in Santiago, Chile and has resided in the Lehigh Valley for over 15 years. He is fluent in both Spanish and English. Abed played soccer for William Allen High School and has vast experience playing at the club level for such clubs as Allentown Youth Soccer Club, ODP, AC Perugia, Pocono Snow and FC Sonic. Abed's South American style of playing and passion for the game are reflected in his coaching with PTS.

Kari Condel

Kari played her youth and high school soccer in Scranton, earning First-Team All-Region three consecutive years. She then went on to play college soccer with Division II Post University before transferring to play at DeSales University. At Post, she helped push the team to win the ECAC Championship, positioned as attacking center mid. Kari graduated from DeSales in 2018 with a dual degree in International Business and Spanish. After receiving her latest concussion in 2017, Kari decided to pursue her passion from a different angle of the sport: coaching.

Kyle Grim

Originally from the Lehigh Valley, Kyle played his scholastic soccer at Emmaus High School, where he led his team to a state finals appearance in 2001. After his playing career at Bloomsburg University, Kyle returned to the Lehigh Valley where he served on staff at multiple youth soccer clubs while serving as an assistant coach and goalkeeper coach at Emmaus High School and Muhlenberg college. Kyle was also an assistant coach and director of goalkeeping for the men's NPSL team FC Sonic, who won a national championship in 2014, and the women's WPSL team. Kyle's teaching career brought him the West Chester, PA area where he joined the West Chester University men's soccer staff and helped lead them to a Division II national championship appearance in the fall of 2018. His teaching career once again brought him back to the Lehigh Valley where he will continue to coach collegiately at Muhlenberg College, while helping to develop young players throughout the valley.

Lauren Gough

Lauren grew up in an Air Force family that moved every 3 years. She spent 6 years of her childhood playing on numerous competitive soccer teams overseas, in England and Germany. She attended Jamestown High School in Williamsburg, VA. Here, she was a 4-year varsity soccer starter, earning multiple 1st Team All-District, 1st Team All-Region, 1st Team All-State, District Player of the Year, Regional Player of the Year, and Daily Press Player of the Year accolades. She also holds records at Jamestown for most goals in a game (4), most goals in a season (33), and is the all time leading goal scorer (89). She then took her soccer career to The College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg, VA, where she was a 4 year Division I student athlete. In 2014, she earned a B.S. in Kinesiology with a Concentration in Health Sciences, as well as, a minor in Psychology. During her time at William and Mary, the team won the CAA regular season twice, competed in the CAA tournament 3 times, was the 2011 CAA tournament champions, and appeared in the NCAA tournament in 2011. She earned William and Mary All-Weight Room, Women's Varsity Soccer Coaches Awards, and multiple Dean's Lists'. She prepared for preseason by playing with the Tidewater Sharks in the Women's Premier Soccer League, where she earned National Player of the Week. She started her coaching career in high school by sharing her knowledge and passion of the game coaching young rec soccer classes, and then was a camp counselor at the William and Mary summer soccer camps for 3 years. Upon graduation, she has been working at Tidewater Physical Therapy and coaching for the Tidewater Sharks Soccer Club in Williamsburg, VA. Here, she has been an encouraging and motivating head coach of multiple outdoor and indoor girls teams, coached the Summer Academy Program for boys and girls, lead personal training and technical directors training sessions, as well as, held fitness, agility, strength, and conditioning training for the club. She will be attending and graduate with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in May of 2020.

Matthew Baker - CTO, Founder

Matt Baker is the founder of Perfect Touch Sports, LLC. He attended the University of Pittsburgh where he played Division 1 soccer for 4 years. His senior year he was elected team captain and awarded the University of Pittsburgh's ‘Male Scholar Athlete of the Year,' landing him one of sixteen spots on the ‘Big East Male Scholar Athlete Team.' He continued his playing career professionally with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds of the USLPRO. After a successful rookie year, Matt spent some time playing for Cardosa Morriera in Brazil's 2nd Division, and in more recent years, The Philadelphia Union reserve team of Major League Soccer. After tearing his ACL in 2013, Matt decided to pursue his passion for developing the Perfect Touch.

Nick Hutchinson

Nick played Division 1 soccer at Old Dominion University, where he was a starter all 4 years primarily at Left back or Center back. He helped the team earn its first Conference USA Championship in 2014, as well as making 2 NCAA tournament appearances, and being ranked in the top 25 amongst division 1 programs all 4 years. Nick graduated from Old Dominion with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2017. Nick grew up in the Lehigh Valley starting out playing for Parkland Area Soccer Club. During his early teenage years he developed his game at Lehigh Valley United. In 2013, he returned to help LVU win their 1st national championship. Nick played for EPYSA ODP, was a Region 1 ODP team member, and U14-U15 Boys national team pool player. He played and captained for Parkland High school where he was awarded 1st team All League, All Area, All State, All Region, & later on his senior year got picked for the NSCAA All American Game. Lastly, Nick played in the Development Academy during his high school years with FC Delco & the Philadelphia Union Academy.

Scott Brown

Coach Scotty developed a passion for the game of lacrosse during his freshman year of High School as a Southern Lehigh Spartan. Playing 4 successful years as a Spartan gave him an opportunity to excel in multiple positions, such as offensive midfield, defensive midfield, and most importantly, as a Face-Off specialist. He continued his career playing for a competitive D2 program for 3 years in sunny South Florida, primarily as a face-off specialist for the Palm Beach Atlantic University Sailfish. During his career as a Sailfish, Scotty became a 3-time All American lacrosse athlete. He was also awarded the Specialty Player of the Year award during his 2016 season for his success as a face-off specialist. Outside of his playing experience, Scotty has spent much time training young athletes in individual sessions and coaching youth lacrosse teams for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Scotty is driven to teach the skills he has learned to players who are hungry to excel in lacrosse for Perfect Touch Sports, while also eager to step into a leadership role to lead and mentor those who he coaches.
