Astrid Fernandez

Astrid began her career in the securities industry in 1993. She received her Master of Science in Business Administration from St. Michael's College in 1998 and is a registered securities representative. She devotes her time to investor services and caring for clients. Working closely with clients and investment companies, Astrid ensures the timely processing of investment account activities on behalf of our clients. Astrid is an adventurer and loves nature. She and her husband, Jose enjoy visiting their daughters, and tranquil moments sailing the waters and exploring less-known areas of Lake Champlain with their ultra-cool dog, Charlie Diesel. Astrid and Jose once won 2nd place aboard their sailboat, ‘Fresh Air' in the long distance PHRF ISS Championship Race.

Greg Hammond

Greg Hammond, CFP®, CPA is a financial coach, author, and speaker who is on a mission to make a positive impact in peoples' lives. As Chief Executive Officer of Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors, and co-founder of Planned Giving Strategies® Greg leads a team of professional financial coaches that educate and empower investors with the truth so they can make informed choices about their financial future. As a recognized thought leader in the fields of wealth management and charitable giving, Greg helps people think differently about money and inspires them to design the kind of life they want to live. He freely shares his extensive personal and professional experience in business leadership and the financial complexities unique to entrepreneurs with others in the community. From retirement planning, to succession planning, and implementing a donor's philanthropic plans, Greg brings with him a breadth of knowledge cultivated from over twenty years in investment management and financial services. Greg speaks at national conferences, estate planning councils, religious and nonprofit organizations. Based on his book, You Can Do More That Matters®, he's been invited to appear on radio shows across the country. Greg co-hosted Planning for Tomorrow on CBS network WTIC News Talk 1080AM for over three years. He writes for The Street's Retirement Daily and has appeared in CNBC.com on the topic of succession planning, the Wall Street Journal on Earning an Income while making a gift,, and the Hartford Business Journal Nonprofit Notebook for Planned Giving. A graduate of Miami University with a B.A. in Accounting, Greg is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and Certified Public Accountant. As an active philanthropist, Greg is well-known among nonprofit, faith-based, and charitable organizations for his generosity and advocacy on legacy giving. He supports the community through sponsorships, board, and committee involvement. Greg serves on the steering committee for the new Connecticut Children's Medical Center Infusion and Dialysis Centers. He and his business partner, Scott Iles host an annual fundraising event in support of the hospital. Greg is an avid golfer and runner. He lives in West Hartford, Connecticut with his wife and two daughters.

Jaimin Watson

Kelly Ashton Bradley

Fueled by a love of family, Kelly creates events, presentations and resources that live at the intersection of ‘useful and delightful' and inspire people to reconsider their relationship with money, while investing for their future. Prior to joining Hammond Iles, Kelly's visionary perspective earned her opportunities to consult for Fortune 500 companies, speak on conference stages, design product lines, educate, and found multiple award-winning companies. Kelly holds a Marketing Strategy Certification from Cornell University, MSc Master of Science in Marketing, University of Salford, and Graphic Communications R.G.D. from Canadore College of Applied Arts and Technology. She has served on the Board of Directors for American Marketing Association, CT and gives back to her community by mentoring entrepreneurial companies and startups to unleash the power of purpose and uncover their reason for being beyond profits. Kelly is happiest skiing, paddling or enjoying time with her husband, son, daughter and a basset hound who never met anyone or any food she didn't love. An avid herb gardener, Kelly has grown over 200 varieties, and authored an herb book for America's oldest seed company.

Kevin Iles

Kevin Iles helps people break the taboo of discussing money, debt, salary, and personal finances. As a financial coach for families, he is motivated to empower his generation with the tools and support needed to take control of their finances and achieve their goals. Kevin joined Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors as a Client Relationship Manager in August 2018 and transitioned to Financial Coach and Portfolio Manager. As a member of the Investment Management Committee, Kevin provides comprehensive fund research, trading, and researches new ideas and best practices within the industry. Kevin began his career at the Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA as a Brokerage Investment Professional assisting clients with their unique investing needs. Prior to that, he worked for the Pittsburgh Penguins partnership marketing and sales team assisting corporate partners and creating fun fan experiences with game day promotions. Kevin has also mentored with his father, Scott Iles here at Hammond Iles for 4 years and served as a finance and research intern for Aligned Wealth Capital. Born and raised in Connecticut, an early affinity for people and economics drew Kevin to pursue a career in finance and investing. He is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. He holds series 7 and 63/65 certifications and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 2 Candidate. When he isn't hard at work helping the Hammond Iles community, you'll find Kevin at home with his girlfriend Lizzie and their dog, Oakland, or travelling far and wide to attend Pitt Panther's football and basketball games.

Linda Desreuisseau

Attention to detail is Linda's forte and because of that, our behind the scenes operation runs smoothly. She believes your calls should receive priority treatment so you feel well taken care of. Linda manages the company calendar, schedules appointments and helps ensure you have a positive Hammond Iles experience. From ordering supplies to keeping our client events organized, she's the first to declare her work isn't done until clients are content and things are well-ordered. When Linda is enjoying life outside the office, you'll find her with her lovely daughter Erica.

Mary McKone

Mary joined Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors in September 2017, bringing customer service skills to our team from her prior retail and restaurant management experience. Mary helps coordinate client events and securely monitors and maintains client account information, welcomes people in our Wethersfield office, and assists with special projects. Diverse and multi-talented, she has fearlessly embraced helping to improve the investing experience for our clients and their families. Mary is a history buff and is intrigued by the various complexities of the American culture and economy. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in American Studies and Political Science. Mary and her husband live in Coventry, CT with their amazing rescue dogs Mabel and Chip. When she's not at the office you'll find Mary cooking healthy food, exploring craft breweries, indoor rock climbing, watching old movies, and enjoying sunny days at the beach with her family.

Michael Druan

Michael works to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships and help answer account questions and inquiries on behalf of clients. Michael joined Hammond Iles in July 2021. He began his career as a financial representative at Foresters Financial, and his prior positions include Outreach Rep for Trinity and 401k Analyst with USI Consulting Group. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Connecticut. Besides his love for helping people, he enjoys working hard, sports and travel.

Scott Iles

Scott Iles has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a financial coach, he guides families to align their money with their purpose then plan and invest to live a life they love. Scott has extensive experience in investing, retirement and financial planning. For those new to finances and investing, or experiencing the loss of a partner or spouse, Scott is a patient and caring guide. His reassuring presence helps make investing and complex issues such as long-term care, Medigap policies, Social Security, and life insurance easy to understand. Scott began his career in 1987 with The Hartford Insurance Company as a Senior Sales Consultant. In 1997 he joined Webster Bank as an Investment Representative and Branch Manager. In 2001, Scott briefly held a client service position with Bankers Life and Casualty before transitioning to Kelly Financial Group, an independent retirement planning firm. With a goal to educate clients and put their interests before anything else, in 2005 Scott and his colleague Greg Hammond, CFP®, CPA became business partners, acquiring Kelly Financial Group from its founder, Walter J. Kelly, Jr. Scott became a managing member and Vice President. Greg and Scott made a smooth transition without losing a single client. In 2012 Kelly Financial Group changed its name to Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors and continues to grow and flourish serving three generations of families. Scott co-hosts Your Money, Your Purpose podcast where he helps listeners dive deep into all things money. He teaches finance and investing classes, and coaches individuals and families on retirement planning, the financial planning process, investing and creating a legacy. Scott holds a degree in finance and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Naugatuck Valley College, Waterbury, CT. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys the occasional golf or fishing outing. He contributes locally by matching charitable gifts to CT Children's Medical Center, Vermont Food Bank, Feeding America, Foodshare, Healing Meals and CT Cancer Foundation. Scott lives in Wolcott, CT with his wife Melissa. They have two sons, Kevin who is also a financial coach at Hammond Iles and Christopher who attends University of Vermont.

Tara Ledwith - COO

Tara believes that your financial future is in the most caring hands as a client of Hammond Iles Wealth Advisors. She ensures your requests are met promptly and accurately by her experienced and long-standing team. Tara earned her CPA while working at Price Waterhouse Coopers after graduating from Fairfield University with a B.S. in Accounting. Over the course of her career, she's spearheaded using new technology to help people communicate better and streamline our clients' investing experience. Maybe her inspiration came from working for BBN, a pioneer internet company founded by three MIT graduates who sent the very first successful e-mail! Outside of work, Tara enjoys golf, swimming, and skiing with her husband and three children.
