The Positive Community Connections was established to help people with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and other special needs with a particular focus on self-determination and full inclusion in the community. Our mission is to help these individuals access the supports and services they need to become active and productive members of the community, to encourage long-term planning for aspiring towards meaningful life goals, and to support efforts to establish social connections and friendships in the community...
