BETH D'Angelo

Beth D'Angelo is joining us all the way from Hawaii where she has spent the last 14 years. She grew up in Great Falls, Montana before moving to Denver to grow her children and career in fitness. Moving to the Big Island of Hawaii gifted her in amazing experiences. The island kicked her into coordinating the fitness program for the Four Seasons Hualalai, finding a spiritual foundation and expanding the Pilates, Yoga, Meditation nd Sound Vibration Healing that has shifted many into their own empowerment. Beth has been in the fitness sand wellness training since 1987...and it never gets old!

Dennis Mellon

  • Master Instructor for Stages Indoor Cycling
Dennis Mellon studied Physical education at State University of New York at Cortland. Dennis is a Master Instructor for Stages Indoor Cycling and is a Co-Owner of b. ride, a small group indoor cycling program using Stages bikes and the Flight training program.

Kelly Gulbrandsen

Kelly is a Colorado native who has three beautiful children and is married to Oyvind Gulbrandsen. She has been in the fitness industry since 2004 and is a competitive stair climber, loves the outdoors and finds peace through art and journaling. She graduated from Colorado State University with a major in Health and Exercise Sciences. She is also NASM, PMA, Peak Pilates Certified and a graduate Kathy Grant's Heritage Training Program. Kelly believes Pilates and weights go hand in hand in developing the body. She uses personal training and Pilates to inspire people to live their best life.

Sara Talbert

Job Titles:

Sara Talbert is a third generation Denver native. She is a classically trained Pilates Master Instructor with Peak Pilates and is PMA certified. Sara has been a full time Pilates instructor since 1998 and attended the University of Colorado with a B.A. in Kinesiology. She is married to Joe Talbert, has three children, two dogs and loves the outdoors; running, cycling, skiing and hiking. She is also the founder of b. ride, a small group indoor cycling program for those that like Watts and want a kick in the pants. Sara loves music, gardening, cooking and empowering others through Pilates.
