REALTOR® Nutan Pawar is a Certified Probate Specialist through CAR. She worked as a Statistician at Time Warner before becoming a full time mother and homemaker to her two kids. Both her kids have chosen to pursue STEM fields in college. Nutan received her Masters of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Southern Maine on full teaching assistantship. Nutan understands the Probate Legal Process in Connecticut and has a wealth of knowledge about the Real Estate Trends that sets her apart from others. She will be a leading resource to conservators, administrators, attorneys, other fiduciaries and heirs. Nutan is honest, compassionate, and trustworthy, and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Nutan leads with the philosophy " Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Although Nutan is not an attorney, she understands the Probate Legal Process in Connecticut and clients appreciate working with her because she is knowledgeable in the legal system and in real estate.
