- Patient Environment Coordinator
Anita has been working at Avalon since September 2003. She takes care of the day patients, and helps out anywhere else in the clinic that is needed. She enjoys her cat and some tropical fish. Her grandchildren keep her entertained, as well as some favorite activities like reading, playing games and doing artwork.
Baranda has been working at Avalon since October 2007, but has been in the animal field since 1997. She received her diploma in Animal Science from Ashworth College and grooming diploma from Animal Arts Academy. She is a technician, and helps at the front desk or wherever she is needed. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and their 3 daughters, movies, music, and thrill seeking. She has 3 dogs Silas, Rhea, and Kiszka and 6 cats. Silas is the brown wooly bear that comes to work with her every day. She also enjoys fostering orphaned animals.
Charlotte joined Avalon in December 2021. She graduated from The Vet Tech Institute in 2011 and is currently pursuing a business degree at Ivy Tech Community College. She enjoys traveling, seeing live music, and spending time with her cat Sage.

Chris has worked for Avalon Animal Clinic since 1996. When she is not at the front desk at Avalon, she enjoys decorating, rock music, and fashion.
Dr. Kaiser is a 2003 graduate of Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been in practice in the Indianapolis area since graduation and joined Avalon in July of 2010. He enjoys the variety that general practice has to offer, especially surgery, dermatology, and internal medicine. Dr. Kaiser lives in Indianapolis with his twin pugs Elsa and Sooki who both serve as the official greeters for the clinic. In his spare time he enjoys working outdoors, live music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Dr. Kiley is also a Purdue graduate, and has worked part time for Avalon for since 2002. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Virgle and entering her flat coat retrievers in hunt tests and obedience competitions. When she's not working with her dogs, she can be found working at the barn with her Norwegian Fjord pony, William, or hiking with her husband. She also has a special interest in canine/feline behavior and does behavior consults.
Kristi started working at Avalon in the spring of 2006. You will see her throughout the hospital, working as a receptionist, kennel attendant and technician. When not working, she enjoys reading mysteries and running. Kristi is married and has 3 cats, 1 bunny, and chickens.
Lisa joined Avalon in January 2022. She shares her home with 2 dogs and her husband Chris. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, reading and watching movies.
Natisha joined the Avalon Family in October of 2017. She graduated from Marian University in 2012 with a Bachelors in Business with an emphasis in human resource management. Natisha has been part of the veterinary field since 2009. Natisha and her husband Cody have three children, four dogs and two cats. In her spare time she enjoys planning parties, feeding the wildlife in her backyard and camping with family and friends.

Susan has been at Avalon for over 20 years. You will only see her here on Saturday mornings, but can catch her at dog shows, showing her English Cockers. Susan enjoys long bicycle trips with her husband, Terry.
