PUBLIC WORKS

​​ The Public Works Corporation was established by Act No. 7 of 2006. This​ statutory corporation was previously a division within the Ministry of Public Works. It is now managed by a Board of Directors which is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of the institution with principal responsibility for public works... The Government of Dominica has articulated a growth and social Protection Strategy for the short to Medium term; this was also accompanied by a National Export Strategy. Both these strategies are aimed at improving Dominica's Capacity to produce thus leading to greater exports and sustained growth.​
