Being an engineer at heart rather than a business person, I made it my main goal on day one to figure out what it would take to provide a lower cost affordable quad tape transfer service and keep it running... Being located in Upper East Tennessee has the advantage of being among the lowest cost of living nationwide, compared to the highest cost of living of say perhaps the West Coast or New York City.
