Dr. Cooper is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Managerial Studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Academic & Organizational Consultant with Synergy Global Resources. Synergy Global Resources is a boutique management consultancy that specializes in talent management, organization development consulting, human resources consulting, and outplacement consulting services. His expertise includes 20 years of experience developing search strategies, talent acquisitions models and solutions, candidate assessments profiles, and performance management solutions for a variety of industries.
