Allison graduated from Salve Regina University in 2017 with a Bachelors degree in Social Work. She continued her education and obtained a Masters degree in Social Work from West Chester University in 2021. Allison gained field experience through working with individuals struggling with Substance use disorder, at both inpatient and outpatient settings, including RCA Devon. Allison recognizes the importance of a safe environment in order for clients to express their feelings and thrive in their lives of recovery, along with developing strong therapeutic repour with her clients. Allison implements various theoretical orientations to provide holistic care, utilizing Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Amanda Hildebrandt

Amanda Hildebrandt, BS, CADAC II joined RCA in November of 2020. Amanda received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Indiana University and used that to develop her career in child and family services. After seeing the impact that substance use disorders had on family systems she transitioned into the correctional setting as a substance abuse counselor for the Indiana Women's Prison. There she moved from counselor to director and ran the Recovery While Incarcerated program for all of the female offenders that suffered from substance use disorders including the pregnant and parenting mothers. Amanda believes in the biopsychosocial approach to treatment. She is currently obtaining her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is part of the Corporate Training Team and brings an educated and passionate element to training all of the new employees at RCA Indianapolis. She works alongside the other leadership and specialty areas in the building to make sure all staff are supported in their specific training needs so the patients have 5-star treatment in every realm of services while at RCA. Amanda was born and raised in Indiana and is proud to be part of the mission to bring quality substance abuse treatment to those in her home state.

Ashley Fuery

With over a decade of experience in the Mental Health & Human Services field, Ashley Fuery has been trained in many crisis de-escalation techniques, including NAPPI, NVPI, TCI, and CPI. As a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), Ashley excels at building an appropriate, trusting rapport with her clients, as her passion for helping people with mental health and substance abuse drives her motivation. Ashley is no stranger to addiction; she lost her step-brother to the disease two years ago. She's committed her career to helping patients and their families get on the road to recovery. She often reminds families of her favorite quote: "Don't hate the addict, hate the disease. Don't hate the person, hate the behavior. If it's hard to watch it, imagine how hard it must be to live it." Ashley is a big advocate of treating patients alongside of their families. It's easy to forget who the person struggling with addiction was before their disease - Ashley's goal is to rediscover that person on their way to recovery and mend the family.

Britnee Mallory

Britnee is a primary therapist in the outpatient department at recovery centers of America Devon. She earned her Master's degree at Eastern University in Clinical Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. During her schooling, she completed her Master's level internships in children's counseling, mental health counseling, and substance abuse counseling. Britnee's experience at RCA Devon began as an intern, which allowed her to gain clinical experience in facilitating groups and supporting clients throughout their recovery journey. In addition, Britnee has experience working with children as an ABA therapist, implementing behavioral interventions. She is currently working towards licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Caitlin Kish

Caitlin Kish, MA, MT-BC is a Board-Certified Music Therapist and a Primary Therapist for Recovery Centers of America in the Intensive Outpatient Program. Cait has over 10 years of experience working with co-occurring and addiction populations in all levels of care, including inpatient and outpatient. Cait began her music therapy studies at the University of Georgia. She completed a six-month internship at the Palmetto Hospital System in South Carolina, and later, obtained a master's degree in Music Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University. Cait utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach and strives to provide the best trauma-informed, evidence-based, and ethical care to all her clients. In session, she aids her clients in creating an individualized lifestyle of recovery that includes expanding recovery and sober supports, implementation of coping and relapse prevention skills, healthy communication skills, and boundary setting. When not working as a music therapist and counselor, Cait enjoys listening to and creating music, spending time outdoors, hiking, riding horses, and practicing yoga and meditation.

She has worked in a variety of clinical settings that include an outpatient medical program, an emergency department, and an inpatient mental health hospital. Casey has training in Crisis Prevention and Intervention techniques and is educated in trauma-informed practices and Attachment-Based psychotherapy. Corey has 10 years of experience in addiction/psychiatric care, initially beginning in case management and then expanding to mental health screener in a psychiatric crisis center, which is where she found her true passion in helping those in a crisis state to stabilize and take their first step to wellness and recovery. Craig Farrell

5 years ago, Craig felt led to a position in Peer Recovery and wanted to utilize his pain to help others. After serving in both the Homeless and Community peer populations he was assigned to the Hospital Emergency Room and Mental Health Wards in Anne Arundel County to help those experiencing overdoses and Substance Use Disorders. It is here where he found a new purpose to help those struggling to overcome both their addictions and find a way to recovery. Craig is excited to join RCA as the Mid Atlantic Interventionist so he can help those find recovery before the visits to Emergency rooms and Mental health wards begin.

I joined RCA Indianapolis in November of 2020 as a Receptionist and became the Administrative Assistant and Supervisor for Reception in September of 2021 for inpatient treatment. When I joined RCA I was not sure what my future would be within the company, but I knew I wanted to work for an organization with a mission to help others and RCA aligns with that mission. Deni Carise, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist and part of the recovery community for over 30 years. She is currently Chief Scientific Officer of Recovery Centers of America (RCA) and Adjunct Assistant Professor at University of Pennsylvania. RCA is dedicated to creating neighborhood-based treatment and recovery campuses that include detoxification, residential, partial hospital, intensive and traditional outpatient, and family services, all available on one campus. Beginning in March 2016, they opened 6 such campuses, 2 in MA and MD, and 1 each in PA and NJ, multiple outpatient programs and one opioid treatment program. Their goal is to get 1 million Americans into meaningful recovery. Dr Carise is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine (since 1997). She has been affiliated with UPENN since completing a NIDA Post-Doctoral fellowship at the Center for Studies of Addiction in the Department of Psychiatry from 1994-1996. Dr. Heidi Ginter

Dr. Heidi Ginter, MD, FASAM has nearly two decades of experience working in the addiction treatment field, is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine, and is a prominent voice in medication for addiction treatment (MAT). MAT, the use of FDA-approved medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, is widely considered to be the evidence-based best practice for battling addiction to opioids and other drugs. Dr. Ginter graduated from Yale University and earned her doctorate at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She has lectured extensively on MAT and opioid use disorder. Dr. Ginter started her career as a family doctor for underserved populations and eventually found a passion for helping pregnant women struggling with addiction. Dr. Hyong Un, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer, at Recovery Centers of America. He leads the development and implementation of the clinical behavioral health strategy for Recovery Center of America. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Un has deep experience in health care spanning 30 years. Prior to joining RCA, he was the Chief Psychiatric Officer for Aetna /CVS where he led the design and oversaw the implementation of Aetna's behavioral health and employee assistance program. He was also the psychiatrist-in-chief for Friends Hospital and Penn Friends Behavioral Health System, a provider-owned managed behavioral health organization. Dr. Un's clinical interests are in psychopharmacology, workplace mental health and determinants of overall health and wellbeing. Gene Purdie, LPC is a licensed therapist with the mental health outpatient department of Recovery Centers of America. Since then, he has worked in outpatient, long-term residential, and inpatient settings for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Most recently, he worked with RCA as an inpatient primary and family therapist. Heather Frye APRN, PMHNP-BC, MSN, MBA is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and serves as the Clinical Director at Recovery Centers of America, Bracebridge Hall. Heather came to RCA from Drexel University, her alma mater, where she served as the Track Director for the PMHNP Program. Jillian has worked with individuals with eating disorders in the inpatient, partial, intensive outpatient and group settings. Sarah has spent her 17-year career as a registered nurse in a range of positions such as staff nurse, unit manager, administrative director of nursing and director of nursing within various medical settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long term care homes and a drug and alcohol center. Sarah currently is a member of the steering committee for PRO-A, Pennsylvania Recovery Organization- Alliance and collaborates closely with the Pennsylvania Nurses Assistance Program to assist nurses who are impaired from drugs and alcohol. Sarah has found her purpose to enmesh her passion for both recovery and nursing with RCA's mission to help save one million lives from drugs and alcohol.

Stephanie has been a leader in Behavioral Healthcare for over 5 years. Stephanie graduated from Temple University in 2018 with her Master's Degree in Social Work with a clinical concentration. While in graduate school, Stephanie spent her internship working with those suffering with Mental Health-related conditions. Her professional career began in 2014 as a Recovery Support Specialist at a large Substance Abuse Treatment Facility. She quickly advanced to a Primary Therapist upon completion of her MSW program and joined Recovery Centers of America in 2018. Stephanie quickly transitioned into the role of Clinical Supervisor overseeing the young adult male program and later transitioned to the female neighborhood. During this time, Stephanie assisted in the development of the female Trauma Program, Breaking Free, as well as many other specialized programs offered at Devon. Stephanie's professional journey has included Leadership Development, Community-based Behavioral Health organizations, Behavioral Health Managed Care, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Community Outreach. Tami is a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), Certified Family Focused Interventionist (CFI), and a Certified Family Recovery Specialist (CFRS). Tami feels strongly that families are the silent and forgotten victims of this disease and this is her way to give back and help those experiencing what she herself experienced first-hand. Tami works very closely with the Intervention Support Specialists and leadership to help families struggling with addiction - a mission that is close to her heart.

Teedo joined RCA at Bracebridge Hall in September 2016 as a nurse practitioner and quickly moved into the Associate Medical Director position by February 2017, becoming a strong advocate for addiction recovery. Entering the field through paramedicine in 2010, Teedo soon found her passion in nursing and finalized her formal education from Wilmington University in 2013 as a Board-Certified Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practice. Through her work as an Emergency Department Travel Nurse along the East Coast, Teedo is passionate about giving back to communities in need. Teedo has traveled and used her professional skills to provide care to outlying villages in Managua, Nicaragua with the Nicaraguan American Nurses Association. Additionally, she has provided in-service training for several PA school districts and has trained law enforcement officers on drug trends for the CIT program. She has also presented at the Annual Trauma conference, the Cape Cod Symposium, and the annual conference for the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT). Trish specializes in ADHD, opioid use in young adults, trauma-informed care, developmental trauma, trauma and substance use disorders, trauma and the family system, family engagement, and substance use for today's teens. Trish holds her MFT from Drexel University and is licensed and certified in the state of PA. Trish Caldwell, MFT, LPC, CCDP-D, CAADC, CCTP is a licensed clinician, marriage, and family therapist and is certified in both co-occurring disorders and substance use. Trish has been a therapist for over 25 years and has worked extensively with families, adults, and adolescents with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders in various settings including outpatient, residential, schools, and community agencies. She is trained in DBT and is a Certified Trauma Professional and a Certified Mentor Trainer of Trauma. Additionally, Trish created the first Young Offenders Treatment Program in Delaware County, serving first-time offenders with Drug charges.

She earned her Master's degree at Drexel University in Family Therapy with an additional certificate from the Opioid Workforce Expansion Program, Interdisciplinary training initiative. This training helped prepare Wendy to engage with families impacted by opioid and other substance use disorders in a therapeutic context.
