ROC FOUNDATION

The ROC Foundation was founded by Dr. Timothy J. Bray after he published the book series "Techniques in Fracture Fixation". Dr. Bray's vision was to create a 501(c) 3 that would fill education need in medicine in our area, and we've been growing ever since.
