RENEE DELORA

My name is Renee DeLora. I am a graduate student in Ramapo College of New Jersey's Master's of Science in Educational Technology Program. In 2017, I graduated from Ramapo College with my Bachelor's Degree in History and shortly afterwards I completed my teaching certificate. I have spent the last three years teaching 8th grade US History. Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, embroidery, and watching lots of Netflix! My passion for history also translates outside of the classroom in my second job where I work on the Jane Addams Papers Project... In our next unit, we are going to explore the founding of the United States government and focus on the formation of the United States Constitution. As you will see across this unit, the Founding Fathers were experimenting when they embarked on creating a new government, but there consistent ideas and principles that we still see in our government today, despite all the changes that have taken place over the last couple centuries...
