Andrea Forrest: Administrative Assistant to Andrew Thruston - Andrea can answer most, if not all, of the questions you may have. She assists Mr. Thruston with the setup of new clients. There is no doubt that she will work hard to provide you with the information that you need.
Andrew Thruston: Managing Partner - Handles new client acquisitions, pre-purchase inspections, and major renovation projects. He can also be reached in the event that something needs to be escalated. As the owner of the maintenance companies, Rental Renovators Inc. and Green Go Landscaping LLC, he can take care of any maintenance or renovations concerns you may encounter. His extensive knowledge allows him to communicate effortlessly with clients and potential new clients. April Driscoll: Front End Supervisor & Purchasing Manager - Welcomes visitors, directs all incoming calls to appropriate departments, and distributes all incoming mail. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring all logbooks and secures the privacy of tenants and owner information. April also assists the construction division with all purchasing matters. Formally featuring multi-family leasing then became a licensed agent in 2010 meeting thousands of housing needs as an apartment locator. Erik McMahon: Sales Executive/Estimator - I'm 28, Married I have 3 little boys with a 4th one coming in 3 short weeks. I was born and raised in Virginia, moved here in 2009. When not working all my free time I go to baseball with my little boys. I'm also the Vice President for Arrowhead Little League.
Frank Serpas: Maintenance Manager - Assists all renovation and maintenance department personnel to ensure our timelines are met. Frank does this by ensuring that all sub-contractors are scheduled in advance and that they will maintain their start and completion times.

Valeria Lopez: Sales Estimator - My name is Valeria, I've lived in Phoenix my whole life. I'm very family oriented. I lived with my mom and sister and my grandparents stay with us. So I get extra time with them. I will be attending NAU for the school year 2018-2019 in hopes of getting my Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. I am very detail oriented and hard-working. My previous jobs were with Auto Zone and O'Reilly's. I am excited to join the P. J. Hussey team and the new experiences I will encounter. I am loving the atmosphere and the experiences I have had so far.
I have a certificate in applied science for engineering. (Literally 10 credits away from a degree). Both my parents are retired engineers so it kind of runs in the family. I'm a licensed Insurance adjuster in 44 states as well. Very proficient with Xactimate and design programs.
