He is former founder of The Logistics Institute and Supply Chain Management Series at Georgia Tech and author of McGraw-Hill's Logistics Management Series library of books on supply chain strategy, optimization and operations. His PhD is in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. Dr. Frazelle is a PhD in decision sciences from Duke University. His specialties are game theory, supply chain analytics, and queuing. His RightChain implementations include adidas, Carrier, Coca-Cola, Hills, Kraft Heinz, Serta, Pratt & Whitney and UPS.
