Joseph B. Rogers is from Westmoreland, New York in Oneida County. He was admitted to practice law in New York State in January 2012. He graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego in 2008 [B.A. Political Science, Economics, summa cum laude] and from Albany Law School in 2011 [J.D., magna cum laude]. Mr. Rogers is a partner in the firm, and focuses his practice on estate planning, long-term care planning, elder law and estate administration. His practice includes the construction of a variety of estate planning documents, such as Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Living Wills, and Dispositions of Remains. He also assists clients with guardianship proceedings and name change proceedings. Mr. Rogers has served on the Board of Directors at CareFirst since 2017. Mr. Rogers lives in Corning, New York with his wife, Kristen, and their two children.

His practice is primarily a Trusts and Estates practice with special emphasis on the area of law known as Elder Law, including Medicaid Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Asset Protection and related Nursing Home issues. This practice includes the preparation and filing of Medicaid Applications on behalf of clients and direct communications with Departments of Social Services in many counties of New York, including Steuben, Chemung, Schuyler, Tompkins, Allegany, Monroe, Madison and St. Lawrence Counties and others in upstate New York.

Richard P. Rossettie is a founding partner of the firm. His practice is focused on business and real estate transactions. Mr. Rossettie handles business law, real estate and commercial lending transactions. His availability is generally reserved for existing clients and select matters of particular interest. Mr. Rossettie was admitted to practice law in New York in 1978. He graduated from Fordham College in 1974 [B.A. Economics and Philosophy, magna cum laude] and Fordham Law School in 1977. Mr. Rossettie is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is past president of the Steuben County Bar Association. He has held numerous leadership roles in community and bar activities. He is an avid hunter, fisherman, and traveler, and speaks Italian on a par with a three year old Florentine.

Ryan J. Snyder obtained his law degree from Albany Law School in 2011 [magna cum laude] and joined RRM in 2012. Mr. Snyder focuses his practice in residential and commercial real estate and commercial mortgage lending. Mr. Snyder prepares and coordinates closings of mortgages, purchases, and sales of commercial real estate, and is the managing partner of the firm. Mr. Snyder has a significant international law background with two stints in Japan, and has acquired a proficiency in conversational Japanese. He is originally from Vestal, New York. Mr. Snyder obtained his undergraduate degree at Binghamton University in 2006. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 2012. Mr. Snyder lives in Corning, New York with his wife, Maiko.

Stephen V. Rossettie

Stephen V. Rossettie was born and raised in Corning, New York as the youngest of ten children. He attended college in New York City graduating from Fordham University in 1981 and obtained his law degree in 1984 from Fordham School of Law. He returned to Corning focusing his practice of the law in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, criminal, estate planning, bankruptcy, and real estate transactions. Attorney Rossettie also worked part-time as a Trial Assistant/Court Attorney for the Honorable Henry J. Scudder from 1987-1992. Mr. Rossettie currently specializes in residential real estate purchase and sales and mortgages. Stephen has been examining counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company (formerly Ticor Title) since 1985, and also underwrites title insurance policies for First American Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. His practice also includes work on a variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Rossettie is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts; United States Federal Court, Western District of New York; and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Steuben County Bar Association. Mr. Rossettie is a Past Chairman of the American Red Cross, Corning Chapter; Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Corning; Past Chairman of the All Saints Parish Council; Past President of the All Saints Academy School Board, and currently is Counsel to the Steuben County Republican Committee. Stephen is married to Vicki Rossettie, and together, they enjoy their five children and three grandchildren.
