Saki is a fusion restaurant so half of our menu contains amazing, flavorful grill items. Try our famous Kobe burger, our Saki-Salmon, Lobster Wontons and more. We also only order two kinds of beef: Filet Tenderloin and Kobe ground beef. So anything that you receive from SakiTumi is using only the highest quality of product you will find... SakiTumi is one of the ONLY restaurants in the greater Columbia area that orders fresh tuna loins almost daily. Fresh tuna has a deep, garnet color. Frozen tuna, injected with CO2 and cryovac sealed, displays a fluorescent pink color. We invite you to come try our sushi selection and see the difference quality can make... We've been operating as a small, locally owned restaurant in Columbia since November of 2006.
