I have over 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and hold six U.S. patents in food compositions and processes. I retired from full-time work in 2012 from Mattson, the premier food product innovation company in North America after 20 years as its Chief Technology Officer and a Board Member. During my tenure at Mattson, I was involved in successful development and market introduction of numerous food and beverage products for companies from start-ups to Fortune 500s, ranging from Nestle to Starbucks to Cargill among others... Prior to joining Mattson, I spent 16 years with Clorox as Manager of Food Product Development. While at Clorox, I led the team that commercialized the Hidden Valley Ranch Bottled Salad Dressings.
