When we opened our first store, we had a dream to serve fresh simits both in Turkey and across the world, the dream of announcing and ingratiating our brand and taste across the world. Today we continue to grow with our dream come true. Every single day, we bake with love our fresh and delicious foods for our customers from all around the world... We founded the first and only simit factory in the world in Samandıra Sancaktepe in 2005, developed in compliance with food legislation and bearing TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) certification. The factory that sprawls over an area of 10,000 m² holds ISO-9001 Quality Management System, ISO-22000 Food Safety Management System, OHSAS-18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management as well as Halal Certificates.
