Oakview is a Limited Liability Partnership. Equity Trust is the custodian for a retirement trust holding real estate. We also are the sole owners of Investment Innovation.com Corporation, which is the General Partner for Oakview Rentals. We follow all HUD guidelines for equal housing opportunity.
