SEED's mission is to help turn renters into potential homeowners by teaching the value of homeownership and community responsibility... SEED'S vision is to develop a Community owned and operated by the Community. We envision our Community being owned by Black residents and using our economic power to promote, develop, and support the Minority Owned Businesses in our Community... Teaching the value of homeownership and community responsibility. Our program will also be designed to teach about creating generational wealth.
