Erik was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. From the time he was little, he was fascinated with numbers. He would play games like Monopoly and Yahtzee with his grandparents in the summer. In high school, he found out he liked accounting. He joined the club Future Business Leaders of America and qualified for states in the categories of Accounting 2 and Personal Finance. While in college, he was a tax prep intern for two tax seasons at Summerson & Alleman P.C.'s.
Erik graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2019. Upon graduation, he took a position as Financial Professional Associate with Prudential Advisors. He decided to switch over to financial advising because he felt he could have a bigger impact on people's lives. He joined Sequential early in 2022 where he assists the office in various capacities.

At a very young age, Jessica's grandfather predicted she would grow up and establish a career in Finance. As a child, Jessica would spend hours entertaining herself sorting her grandfather's spare change, as she grew, her fascination with money grew as well. Jessica entered the workforce at age 12, determined to help others, she cleaned homes for the elderly through a program managed by the York Area Agency on Aging. Only earning wages of $1 per hour, she saved and took pride in her monthly bike rides to York Federal Savings and Loan to deposit her earnings. The passbook savings account quickly grew and at age 15 she bought her first car. In high school, Jessica was nominated and received the Business Award from her high school accounting teacher. Following high school, she attended college at Colorado State University in Fort Collins CO, pursuing a business degree. Faced with challenges, Jessica left school before completing her degree and moved back to her hometown of York, Pennsylvania. While taking care of her grandfather, who battled Alzheimer's, family and friends continued to encourage her to seek out her dreams of working in the world of finance. She was hired at York Federal Saving and Loan in 1997, Jessica was thrilled to finally have her foot in the door. Within two years of joining York Federal she became a licensed Financial Advisor and Life and Health agent within their brokerage division, First Capital Brokerage. Jessica worked closely with First Capital's president and fellow seasoned Financial Advisors gaining the experience and knowledge required to advise her own clients.
After 21 years, she is still putting her client's best interests first, managing relationships with most of whom have been clients or descendants of clients since the early years of First Capital Brokerage. Jessica's passion for assisting others has always been the driving force behind her career. After dedicating 15 years with a large financial firm, Jessica made the decision to go Independent, joining the largest independent broker/dealer in the country, LPL Financial. This new endeavor will ensure her clients are receiving the best care and objective advice while providing a hometown feel.
Jessica lives in Springettsbury Township with her daughter Julia and their six rescued animals. Jessica continues to serve her community as the York Suburban All-Sports Booster Membership Representative and Girls Volleyball Representative. She is also a member of the YMCA of York County. During her spare time, Jessica and her daughter enjoy traveling, skiing and hosting competitive backyard volleyball games. Jessica also enjoys cooking and baking for her friends and family.
Rich graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis. That education was the beginning of a desire to help others evaluate and plan for their financial future. He believes exceptional client service is a key to developing a great partnership and works hard to build long-term relationships. Rich's job as a Financial Advisor is to help you make sense of your investments, listen to your goals, and strive to help you come as close as possible to your vision. There is respect for each client's point of view and you are engaged as an active participant in your retirement or other plans.
Rich is a native of York County and resides in Dallastown with his wife, Terry. Together, they enjoy hiking, biking, and gardening around their home. They especially enjoy traveling to discover new towns, state, and national parks. Rich enjoys working on landscaping and home renovation projects often helping one of their 3 adult children. He is also an accomplished musician playing percussion since the age of 9 years.
Trevor joined Sequential in July 2019 as Client Services Manager. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in education from York College of Pennsylvania and Wilkes University, respectively. After teaching middle school math, science, and social studies for several years, he spent the next seven years in the medical and mental health fields in office administration. Trevor's approach to every position that he has held, and one that he continues here at Sequential, is taking pride in being a member of a team that helps individuals set and work toward their goals.
Trevor also holds his commission as a Pennsylvania Notary Public.
Outside the office, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and daughters Sydney and Charleigh. Favorite pastimes include going to the park, and traveling. Other hobbies include TV, movies, musicals, and retaining useless trivial knowledge that tends to pop up out of nowhere.
