Our work aims to describe variation in the quality of care across organizations and patients, as well as to identify effective strategies (both in the inner-organization and policy context) to promote equitable, patient-centered care... In the IDEAL Lab, we aim to describe care quality and identify effective strategies to achieve Inclusive, Dignified, Equitable and Effective, Accountable, Loving (IDEAL) healthcare for vulnerable patients.
