Not the best but better than most other cheap Japanese. Shinbashi is a long standing respectable restaurant but somewhat on the decline these days. sushi Rice is properly cooked and tasted. Pork is of mediocre quality and lacks crispness. Salmon was okay not great. All in all, pretty mediocre but good sushi rice is an important sign of authentic restaurant.
