Fully qualified to deliver advice and guidance to adults and young people, I have been a Guidance Practitioner since 2000, specialising mainly in the Education Sector... In 2006, I set up Sky's the Limit! and started coaching privately, helping a wide range of clients, over the phone and face-to-face, across Warwickshire and the West Midlands to achieve personal and professional goals. In 2016, I also set up Life Reignited to help people put the spark back into life and to avoid or overcome burnout in the workplace.
