Ben's early career started in search before he transitioned into the RPO space managing accounts and then in-house where he worked for large blue-chip firms driving forward their Talent Acquisition strategies. In recent years Ben moved into a consulting role working independently to advise organizations on how to enhance their recruitment capability and often delivering on senior/exec level searches.
Ben's passion is focused on the candidate's side of the process and ensuring that clients see the whole picture of an individual and that the candidate's aspirations and values are matched with a like-minded organization.
As an Associate, Christina draws on over 5 years of deep subject matter expertise in the digital, technology, communications and consumer sectors to provide the intelligence that is essential to the success of our candidate search process. Based in London, she has completed executive and board searches across EMEA, North America and APAC for publicly listed companies and private equity portfolio businesses.
Christina loves the technology space and is passionate about driving monumental change across organizations and fundamentally changing business models. She sees talent as "the" differentiator and finds it fascinating to work across a variety of industries, helping boards and senior management to uncover executives and advisors who have the flexibility, experience and passion to drive meaningful growth.
Christina has a MSc from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE).
Daniel has more than 15 years' experience in fintech PR and leads Skale's communications. He is responsible for the strategic direction of marketing communications programmes and ensuring that they meet business objectives including joint marketing activities with Skale clients. Daniel's passion is commercially-driven marketing communications that make a tangible impact on awareness, sales and overall company value. Daniel has worked with a range of fintech organisations ranging from nimble start-ups to major industry brands including ClearBank, Flywire, Revolut and Visa. Daniel is a mentor at fintech accelerators Barclays Rise and Startupbootcamp.
With over 20 years' experience in executive search, Gary has worked across Telecoms, Technology, Financial Services and the Digital sector, with a particular passion for supporting founders and investors on their scale-up journeys.
He has particular expertise in helping clients with organisational design and entering new geographies, placing GM's, Regional VP's, Commercial Leaders and Chairs across the globe.
With his early career as a Signals Officer and Troop Commander in the Reserve Forces of the British Army, Gary now spends most of his free time outdoors, be it diving, climbing, sailing or walking.
Joanna brings over 10 years of experience in Executive Search, centering around placing Senior Leaders in start-up and scaling companies across the TMT space. With a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and client experience throughout searches, Joanna provides Delivery support to the Partners at Skale.
When not scheduling her children's busy social lives, Joanna enjoys devouring the latest home interior magazines and getting ideas for her next home renovation project.
Joanna has a degree in Economics from the University of Liverpool
Over 15 years experience recruiting globally across the Technology, Banking, Telecoms, Hospitality and Retail sectors for companies including HSBC, Huawei, Costa Coffee and Microsoft. Toby has specialised in placing senior executives into IT, Digital, Cyber Security and also Sales & Marketing positions.
His interests outside of work revolve around Music and Sports. This includes playing guitar and following sports such as football and boxing.
