Alex Brizendine

A native of Bristol, TN, Alex is a magna cum laude graduate of East Tennessee State University. And did we mention that she graduated a year early? Yep, that's the kind of woman she is - always raising the bar and striving for excellence. Her tenacity and out-of- the-box thinking is inspirational to the Smarty Pants team.

Alisha Snow - EVP

Amanda Allen

Amanda joined Smarty Pants as an Insights Whiz in September of 2021. She plays an integral role on both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives - from screener and activity development to participant recruit management to analysis and reporting. Her work spans key players in the food & beverage, toy & game, apparel and entertainment categories. Amanda is based in Pittsburgh, where she grew up playing the violin and Super Mario 64 (which she still loves!). When she's not working, you can find her at the gym, in a pool, on some sort of field (or court) playing in a recreational sports league or in the kitchen trying a new recipe she discovered on TikTok.

Christian Schmid

Christian works his creative and digital magic on both client deliverables and Smarty Pants assets. For Smarty Pants clients, Christian builds custom websites that house interactive reports, creates infographics that summarize key findings, and designs multimedia assets that bring consumer insights to life. His creative wizardry and digital know-how are at the root of many of the company's project deliverables. Christian also maintains our company website, designs all tradeshow/event booths and promotional literature, and plays a key role in the development and distribution of Smarty Pants videos and syndicated research. And he supports Smarty Pants social media efforts. As a key member of his region's advertising and marketing community, Christian has served as the communications chair, regional director, vice president and president of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) of Northeast TN. He is also a member of the region's children's museum marketing committee. In his past lives, Christian has taught social media strategies as an adjunct college professor and served as an art director for a digital news group. After graduating from East TN State University with a degree in Digital Media, Christian began his design career as an art director for a tradeshow exhibits and displays firm where he was responsible for large-scale and multi-level displays and the production of brand graphics and signage. Christian lives in Johnson City, TN with his wife and two sons. He loves to bike, watch scary movies and eat spicy foods.

Christina Massey

Clarissa Rivera

Clarissa formally honed her research skills as a digital research analyst at Viacom (now Paramount), supporting brands like Spike, MTV, and Logo. She spent the most recent five years at Nickelodeon, first as a senior research analyst and then as a TV research manager. She focused on providing in-depth cross-platform ratings analysis and competitive intelligence to key stakeholders through the creation of thought-provoking, data-driven narratives and presentations. She was also responsible for leading and training a team of researchers that synthesized consumer behaviors and content consumption patterns associated with Nickelodeon, SVOD, digital, OTT platforms and competitive networks.

Danielle Place

Danielle graduated cum laude from The University of New Hampshire with a BS in marketing and entrepreneurial venture creation. In true Smarty Pants fashion, she has also completed a continuing education program in Statistics for Behavioral Sciences at Harvard University Extension School.

Jennifer Dixon

Josie Johnson

Josie previously served as a brand strategy analyst at Leo Burnett in Chicago. During her tenure at the agency, she specialized in CRM strategy, database and digital analytics, and campaign planning and measurement. She was also a member of Chicago's Digital Analytics Association.

Kafele Khalfani

Ken Clark

Born and raised in Connecticut, Ken now lives in the suburbs of Raleigh, North Carolina, with his wife, two daughters and two miniature schnauzers.

Lizanne Woodson

Lizanne is an instrumental member of the operations team at Smarty Pants. As the company's Client Accounts Manager (aka "Revenue Genius"), Lizanne oversees the financial and contractual sides of client partnerships. Accounts receivable falls under her purview, as do critical documents such as Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.

Megan Bowling

Megan is a summa cum laude graduate of Cleveland State University, where she earned both a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Consumer-Industrial Research in Psychology. She is an Ohio native who lives outside of Akron. When she's not busy crunching numbers or piecing together a consumer puzzle, you can find her hiking, watching Bravo or with her husband on a local tennis court (rain, snow, or shine!).

Meredith Franck

Meredith joined Smarty Pants in 2008 as the resident Marketing Marvel. She assumed her current position as the company's COO in 2010. In this role, she oversees daily operations and ensures continued best-in-class service to Smarty Pants clients.

Molly Jackson

Molly is a master at leading organizations in their pursuit of answers to critical business questions that fuel their growth. Her natural curiosity for what makes people tick, combined with her love of data and science, power her market research prowess. While Molly is adept at leading research across a wide range of methodologies, she is especially passionate about conducting quantitative research studies. Perhaps it all started with her love of Family Feud as a child!

Olivia Denton Smith

Paige Davis

Paige is a graduate of East Tennessee State University who holds both a bachelor's degree in Media and Communication and a master's degree in Brand and Media Strategy. In true Smarty Pants fashion, she completed both degrees with a 3.9 GPA! Additionally, she studied International Branding and Global Communications during a semester in Paris, France.

Radames Rodriguez - Founder

Radames is the Smarty Pants co-founder and Chief Know-It-All. Born and bred in Brooklyn, he is the resident trend guru and culture connoisseur. He speaks fluent Spanish and knows about everything from the latest sports-inspired fashion to how technology is changing the way young people communicate. When he isn't in the field, he's busy trend spotting, reading professional and popular publications, and consuming youth-targeted media. Radames is a graduate of Baruch College where he obtained a bachelor's degree in finance. He worked in New York City as an account manager for two global internet firms prior to making the transition to market research.

Rickie Eatherly

An Asheville, NC native, Rickie is now based in Washington, DC. She is eager to visit dozens of museums… and the Smithsonian Zoo. In the meantime, she's enjoying the city's bookstores and brunch spots.
