David directs acquisitions and development for SkyView Companies. Since joining the team in 2007, David has been intricately involved in the financing, development, leasing, sales, and management of SkyView's development portfolio. David has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the team, David was a Vice President at Muss Development LLC, a development firm where he underwrote and executed real estate acquisitions and multiple ground-up developments in New York City. Prior to that role, he was an analyst in Institutional Sales & Marketing at Bear Stearns Asset Management. David holds a master's degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate where he graduated with distinction and was the recipient of the Dean's Graduate Fellowship, and a B.A. with High Honors in Economics from Brandeis University where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Brickman is a licensed real estate broker in New York State.

John joined the SkyView Constructors Team in 2016 from Related Management, after having managed the completion, owner turnover, startup, and ongoing property management function of Sky View Parc Phase I with 448 condominium units. John was integral in supervising the construction completion and placing into service the 743 residential units at Sky View Parc Phase II. More recently John was responsible for all day-to-day construction supervision and turn-over of the 103-unit Urban apartment building. John currently heads up SkyView's NYC based property management division. John comes from a project management background for private developers of mixed-use buildings and hotels.

Lily C. Lee is a Senior Sales Associate with Sky View Parc. A veteran real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience, Lily has owned and managed multiple brokerages where she trained and led successful sales teams prior to joining the Sky View Parc team in 2007. Lily earned a BS degree in Mathematics from Hunter College. In her free time, she enjoys dancing and short hikes. She currently lives with her husband in Great Neck.

Michael has been in the real estate business for more than 35 years. Prior to forming Onex Real Estate Partners, he accumulated more than a decade of investment banking experience that culminated at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was the North American Head of Investment Banking. Prior to this, he ran the capital markets division of Equitable Real Estate. Michael is a member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Baltimore Incentive Program of the University of Maryland. Before joining the team in 2016, Natasha was a top producer at a major New York City residential real estate brokerage firm. Prior to that, Natasha held an executive position at a top global PR firm and gained years of international business experience overseas. Natasha holds an MBA from the University of Management and Technology in Arlington Virginia.

Stephen's responsibilities include overseeing field personnel, risk management, project and systems controls, and accounting for the development and construction process. Stephen has recently relocated to central Florida to establish SkyView Companies southern base of development operations. Stephen most recently oversaw the construction operations for The Urban, a $65 million mixed-use development in Flushing, Queens. Prior to that Stephen oversaw project controls for the $925 million mixed-use SkyView Parc Phase I and $490 million SkyView Parc Phase II projects in Flushing, New York. Stephen has been in the development, construction management, and accounting fields for more than 30 years. Prior to Joining SkyView Companies, Stephen was Director of Project Control at ITT Sheraton Corporation and was responsible for project controls for more than $1.5 billion in hotel, casino, and retail projects under the ITT Sheraton and Caesars World brands. Stephen is a graduate of Cornell University.
Steven directs acquisitions and capital markets for SkyView Companies. Steven and Michael Dana have worked together for over 25 years and together formed the predecessor to SkyView Companies. Steven has been intricately involved in the financing, development, leasing, sales, and management of all investments since inception. Prior to SkyView (and its predecessor company), Steven worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at DLJ / Credit Suisse. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
