Mr. Aviles the President and owner of Sol Consulting Group LLC. Mr. Aviles is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has more than 26 years of demonstrated leadership, management experience and federal government consulting expertise in program/project management, federal financial management and cost and performance integration. Mr. Aviles serves US Federal government clients in the continental US, the Caribbean and in the Middle East. He brings with him the invaluable consulting experience of leading mission-critical client engagements from the small 8(a) company to the large international firms of KPMG LLP, Deloitte LLP/BearingPoint, and Grant Thornton LLP. As the President of Sol, Mr. Aviles leads and envisions the development of the firm's long-term strategic plan, sets the standard for excellence in customer care and quality processes for client deliverables. He is responsible for the successful delivery of client services, overall project management and contract administration. In addition, Mr. Aviles is accountable for all client deliverables and reports, business development and quality assurance functions. Mr Aviles is a graduate of the University of Hartford School of Business where he earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Finance. In addition, he is a graduate of the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico having received three undergraduate degrees with honors: Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and two Bachelors in Arts (BA) in Finance and Business Administration. Mr. Aviles is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Association of Government Accountants (AGA).
