Sonas Farms, owned and farmed by Amy & John, is a regenerative, pasture and grass-based livestock farm in Manteno, IL. We are passionate about healing the land, raising happy cows, feeding our community, and encouraging awareness between people and their food... We're Amy & John, partners in farming and life, who took our love for the natural earth and need for healthy, nutritious food and began this crazy life they call livestock farming!
