Previously, our owner Greg Mead worked in a family-owned business and installed customized products for Ford vans sold for commercial use. When that business closed, Greg started a career in the food service industry at Kendal at Oberlin and Spectrum Catering before he ventured out-or rather, in-to selling pizza with a trailer-mounted wood-fired pizza stove from a Colorado-based company...
