Amandeep Singh, MD, completed a residency in Psychiatry and Human Behavior at University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Singh provides treatment at South Central Behavioral Health Services, located at 2002-D HWY 15 North in Laurel. Dr. Singh also provides Suboxone Treatment at 1105 Adams Street in Laurel.
Ann received her Associate Degree of Science in Nursing from East Central Community College. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi. Following nursing school, she served as a staff nurse in Philadelphia, MS, and has experience in internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, emergency medicine and surgical services. In 2014, Ann received her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Since earning her degree as a nurse practitioner, Ann has provided pediatric care.

Ashley completed nursing school from Jones College in 2011. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UMMC in 2018, and then she obtained her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2019. Ashley has served as a registered nurse at South Central Regional Medical Center over the last 10 years and worked within the operating room for the last 4 years.
Ashley has experience in family medicine and pain management. She is continuing her education by becoming a first assistant in surgery.
Bailee Cerra, FNP, completed her bachelor of science in nursing at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2015. Following graduation, Bailee served as a Registered Nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS, on the Medical-Surgical Unit and Stepdown Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Bailee returned to Jones County to begin her career at South Central Regional Medical Center in 2018 as a RN in the ICU. In 2020, Bailee entered USM's Doctorate of Nursing Practice program. She completed the program in December 2022 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2023, SCRMC was pleased to welcome Bailee back to our health system as a healthcare provider in our family medicine clinic.

Charles Black IV, DO attended New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and he completed his residency in
Orthopaedic Surgery at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Warren, Michigan. Dr. Black completed a fellowship in
Danielle Welch, RN, MSN, FNP-C, received an Associate Degree in nursing at Jones College in 2008 followed by a Bachelor of Science Degree at William Carey University in 2012 and a Master's of Science Degree as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner at Kaplan University in Davenport, Iowa in 2016. She has worked in the field of nursing for South Central since 2009. She specializes in the treatment of both adults and children including chronic conditions as well as urgent care needs. She is honored to live and work in Ellisville, Mississippi.
Dr. Thoppil is a New Orleans native who graduated college from the University of New Orleans. To pursue future mission work, he completed his medical degree from the Medical University of Lublin in Poland with his clinical rotations in New York. Following graduation, he returned to his home to help rebuild after Hurricane Katrina and complete his residency in Internal Medicine from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Dr. Thoppil practiced as a hospitalist at West Jefferson Medical Center until 2015 when he moved to Hattiesburg to help found the Internal Medicine training program at Merit Health Wesley. While in Hattiesburg, he served as the Program Director for the Internal Medicine program, Chief of Staff, Chair of Graduate Medical Education and COVID Team Leader for his former health system.
He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for his field. Dr. Thoppil has practiced medicine since 2011 in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Dr. Thoppil joins the Hospitalist team at SCRMC where his primary focus will be to offer inpatient treatment for patients. He will also provide outpatient clinical care with his wife Monika Thoppil, MD, at South Central Internal Medicine. Alison Redding, MD, completed her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson in 2019. Following completion of medical school, Dr. Redding completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC in 2022. During her educational career, Dr. Redding served on various committees and research teams to provide efficient patient care. Dr. Alison Redding is married to Dr. Jonathan Redding who is an Emergency Medicine physician at SCRMC. She is also the daughter of Dr. Carolyn Cegielski, Gastroenterologist at South Central Gastroenterology.

Dr. Joyce Wade-Hamme was born and raised in Starkville, Mississippi. She earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed her residency and fellowship at Ohio State University. With over 20 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Wade is board certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, sleep medicine, and wound care. In 2015, she established Tri-County Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic where she serves the individual needs of her patients.

Lisa K. Bond, MD, has over 20 years of experience in Medical Oncology and Hematology and Hospice care. Dr. Bond graduated with highest honors from the University of Southern Mississippi and completed her studies at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Oncology, Hematology, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
