Stan specializes in new homes and small acreage along the US 380 Corridor. Background---Stan grew up on a farm in far West Texas. A 4-H project in land evaluation culminated in two trips to statewide competition and a lifelong fascination with land and real estate in its many forms. Throughout his career, he has been in the "people business". He began his career with a storied entrepreneur opening new locations and fine-tuning functions in the service industry. Stan later worked in oil and gas as a petroleum landman honing his people skills and achieving a good understanding of land titles and property rights. Stan and his wife owned and maintained a historical property for many years, hosting events and developing an appreciation for both meeting client's needs, and for enhancing landscape design and street appeal of the property.
