Stephanie Berglund is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in both California and Hawaii. Additionally, she holds a Masters degree in Counselor Education. She has been in private practice for over 20 years, taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels, supervised students of psychotherapy, and designed and delivered countless trainings and workshops for a wide variety of audiences... Stephanie specializes in working with couples and other relationships, and also has significant experience in helping with depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, military lifestyle, personal growth, and life skills.
