STEPHENS STRENGTH

Stephens (a.k.a. "B-Stevez") currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Performance for the Idaho State Bengals. Prior to the title change, Stephens took over as Idaho State's Director of Strength & Conditioning in January of 2021. He was previously hired in March of 2020 as ISU's Assistant Director, Strength & Conditioning. In his short time as the Director, Stephens has helped develop 81 All-Big Sky athletes, 1 Big Sky Co-Defensive Player of the Year, 3 Big Sky Freshman of the Year, 1 Big Sky Outstanding Freshman, 2 Big Sky Newcomer of the Year, 1 Big Sky Most Outstanding Performer, 2 All-Americans, 20 Big Sky Champions, assisted the back-to-back Big Sky Champions Women's Basketball teams, assisted the Big Sky Champion Women's Softball team, and 2 professional athletes including Miami Dolphins Tight End, Tanner Conner, and Free Agent Tight End, Jared Scott.
