I have coached fitness in some fashion since 2014. I love to help people find the best in themselves in and out of the gym. Steele Fit was created to help others see their potential and grow not only as athletes, but as people. I look forward to sharing this with you!... Steele Fit was established during 2020 quarantine as a way to stay active at home. As a coach and a competitive athlete I find joy in helping others see that fitness is a way of life. Steele Fit was created to be a second home for me as an athlete and now my goal is to welcome others as a second home. Whether you exercise everyday or you've never stepped into a gym before, Steele Fit can help shape the new you.
