Mr. Jansen is a VP at L&A with over 50 years' experience in project planning and execution, estimating and scheduling, engineering and baseline development. He has developed cost and schedule estimates for numerous DOE projects, including Task Orders 11, 14, 15, and 16, as well as for DOE's Next Generation Nuclear Plant (NGNP). He designed and implemented baselines and EVMS systems for commercial nuclear construction teams, including cost estimate and schedule development. Dave holds certifications as a certified cost Professional (AACE-I) and PMP and RMP from PMI. Dave also holds a general contractors license in New Mexico.
Dr. Marcellin Simard has treated patients from all over the world, and has maintained offices in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Albuquerque, and now Santa Fe. His Santa Fe Cardiology clinic offers a full-range of interventional and general cardiology services. As Medical Director of Invasive Cardiology Services at Christus St. Vincent Medical Center, he is working to build New Mexico's most advanced Cardiac Center.
Dr. Simard studied at C'egep de Chicoutimi in Quebec, Canada and attended medical school at the University of Sherbrook also in Quebec. Dr. Simard did his residency and fellowship at UCLA. He is married to William Halm and together they have 3 beautiful children.

Lillian Montoya is the President and CEO of CHRISTUS St. Vincent, north-central New Mexico's full-service regional health system. She is the hospital's first female CEO since the original Sisters of Charity founded the hospital in 1865. Prior to becoming CEO, she served as the hospital's Chief Operating Officer. During her tenure, Christus St. Vincent has earned a Best Place to Work recognition for three successive years, earned a Five Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, and became part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network of hospitals for its commitment to quality, safety, associate engagement, and patient experience.
As a native New Mexican, Lillian has distinguished herself as an active participant in many community, business and educational organizations. She has been repeatedly featured as a New Mexico top business "Power Broker" by New Mexico Business Weekly.
Prior to her work with CHRISTUS St. Vincent, Lillian led organizations and initiatives to strengthen New Mexico in the areas of higher education, economic development, venture capital, and early childhood education.
With more than 30 years of extensive experience in helping corporate, government and non-profit leaders navigate strategic and organizational challenges, Lillian has demonstrated proven results in developing and implementing programs that make our local communities better places to work.
She is the proud mother of two adult children.
Dr. Love is a native Santa Fean. She went to Tulane University and received her BS in Biochemistry Cum Laude, earned her Medical Degree also at Tulane, and began her Otolaryngology residency. Due to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, she subsequently completed residency at Mount Sinai Department of Otolaryngology in New York City followed by a one year fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Tampa, Florida. She recently completed the UNM Executive MBA program. She is particularly interested in sinus surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, rhinoplasty, and skin cancer surgery. Dr. Love is very involved in Humanitarian work - having spent time doing surgery in Cambodia, Honduras, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Jordan and Mexico. She also enjoys running, sailing, and snowboarding, and speaks some Spanish and French.
