SUCCESS THROUGH MENTORING

​At Success Through Mentoring Inc. (STM), we know all it takes to change a child's world is a little support. Founded in 2018, we are determined to make this impact through the matching of at-risk Spencer County youth with positive role models in the community. These mentors meet with their mentees for 1-2 hours every other week, creating meaningful connections and positively impacting the lives of both. Studies have shown that children who receive mentoring are more likely to improve academically, socially and to develop better economic prospects. Those who provide the mentoring will build important leadership, management, and creativity skills, while giving back to their community. And the sky is the limit with regard to the fun both mentor and mentee can have in the process.
