We are expanding our company. In the past we have always found that we get some of our best people from local educators and churches... You might find this interesting--age is no barrier. We routinely hire people over 60 years old. We do have some super seniors currently working in Illinois. One is 78 years old; and, we are delighted to have him. The youngest person working for us is 18 years old; and, he is paying his way through college in Missouri. This is probably the first time you have ever heard that a company is looking to hire people who are older. Well, they all have one thing in common over the young people who join our company; they have life experience. And quite frankly, we value life experience.
