HURSON - Key Persons

Dr. Hurson attended and graduated from the Georgetown University College of Arts and Sciences. She worked at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan and then at the Investigational Drug Branch of the National Cancer Institute. She returned to Georgetown University for medical school and completed her training with internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine, a member of the Medical Society of the District of Columbia and the Institute for Functional Medicine. For several years she has been listed in the Washingtonian Magazine as a "Top Doctor".

Leslie is the first contact most people have with our practice as she is our front office administrator. She manages the phones, schedules appointments and handles the many varied administrative tasks necessary to keep a busy office running efficiently. She strives to optimize every patient's encounter with our practice.

Sue is our medical assistant and clinical administrator. She joined our team in 2018 with a history of solid experience in obstetrics, gynecology and infertility. She works closely with patients to enhance their office visits and ensure all clinical questions are addressed in a timely manner.
