Aaron, our Co-Founder and CEO brings over 25 years experience in skilled nursing and long term care. Aaron has owned and operated several skilled nursing companies including Western Healthcare LLC, Parkway Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation, and Western Resident Properties LLC. He previously worked for SNF Management as an administrator and oversaw HUD loan refinancing. Aaron has worked as an administrator, Medicare PPS and Quality Mix Consultant. He began his career at Generations Healthcare as an activities director, later becoming an AIT and eventually an Administrator. Aaron graduated with a B.A. in Communications/Marketing from Brigham Young University.

Brett is passionate about caring for others as part of the Sweetwater Care team. With over 17 years of working with residents, staff, and local communities, Brett is driven to effect positive change within the skilled nursing industry. Brett believes in building a stronger community by tending to each person individually. Prior to Sweetwater Brett was Vice President of Operations at Rockport Healthcare Services.

Brice has been working with healthcare-related businesses for more than 25 years and has been responsible for financial reporting, tax reporting, physician practice management, hospital joint ventures, value-based care models as well as acquisition-related activities. Brice has previously held roles as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Director of Finance, and Controller for various healthcare companies. From 1999 to 2011, Brice was an Assurance Manager and Senior Manager in the Healthcare Group for the public accounting firms of Deloitte and Moss Adams, respectively. Brice attained a Certified Public Accountant license in California and holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from California State University of Long Beach.

David brings 30 years of accounting and finance experience in the skilled nursing/long-term care industry to his role as CFO at Sweetwater Care. He has spent the last 24 of those 30 years at Aspen Healthcare, Ensign, and Kindred with positions ranging from Director of Finance to Controller to VP of Finance, Reimbursement, and Compliance. David graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from BIOLA University.
