Tampa Live Paella is a project that has been in my heart for long time waiting for the perfect moment to become a reality. Being a descendent of a family of Basque origin, we are passionate about food. Basque people think about food all the time. Growing up watching my mom and my aunts cooking planted that seed on me. The art of making a paella is like painting a paint combining fresh ingredients for you to enjoy with your family and friends. Watching this dish coming to live and enjoying the aromas is an experience that your guests will never forget.
