The T.D. Bland Family Foundation mission is to assist regional arts programs in reaching all segments of the community and to build a stronger, more dynamic arts infrastructure to ensure overall strategic long range plans, through research, documentation, evaluation, and funding... Our Executive Board has chosen to partner with various Los Angeles Community Arts Programs to creatively support the engagement of people, ideas, and resources directly impacting the Southern California Arts Community.
